* Barker Steel, LLC has leased 11,040 s/f of industrial space at 107 Pleasant Hill Rd. in Scarborough. Daniel Greenstein of CBRE/Boulos brokered the transaction on behalf of the landlord, C&C Real Estate, LLC. Craig Young, CCIM, and Charles Day, also both of CBRE/Boulos represented the tenant.
* The United State's Postal Service's National Association of Letter Carriers has leased 1,300 s/f of office space at 102 Portland St. in Portland, from Lone Palm, LLC. Jonathan Leahy of CBRE/Boulos brokered this transaction.
