CBC Scalzo leasing agent for new Plaza South in Newtown
According to Coldwell Banker Commercial Scalzo Group, construction is underway for a new retail plaza, Plaza South, on South Main St. Currently the plaza is leasing up fast by national and local tenants. Its prime location along busy Rte. 25 makes it an ideal spot for shops, restaurants and banks.
Among the tenants are eateries, The Learning Experience, Union Savings Bank and many more. It is an ideal location for expansion.
1,000 s/f to 19,000 s/f are currently available for lease.
