Kevin Sullivan, associate of Coldwell Banker Commercial Weeks Associates sold Dick's Marina. The property is the only marina located on 704 acre Balch Lake. It includes a convenience store, gas pumps, public boat launch, boat slips, shop, and a lakeside café.
The new owners, Tracy Gibson and Richard Peterson, plan to continue to operate the business in the same fashion as the retiring former owners, Dick and Mary Monroe.
