CBRE Boston expands office leasing and sales with two new hires

 

 

Boston, MA According to CBRE, the firm has added two vice presidents. Shay Kenney joins the office leasing business, focusing on landlord representation. Brooke Howard joins the capital markets team, focusing on investment sales across multiple asset classes.

Kenney served as a member of the Cambridge leasing team for JLL before joining CBRE. With a collaborative leadership style, she takes an entrepreneurial approach to growing and strengthening client relationships. 

Prior to joining CBRE, Howard was part of the JLL capital markets team in Boston, specializing in investment sales across Greater Boston. Over the course of her career, she has transacted across various property types, including hospitality, industrial, land, office, retail, multifamily and healthcare.
