CBRE|The Boulos Company completed the following transactions in March.
* Spurwink Services leased 5,484 s/f of medical office and service space at 50 Park Rd., Westbrook. Justin Lamontagne, CBRE|Boulos, represented the landlord, Capco Industries, Inc. The tenant was represented by Susan Scanlon, CBRE|Boulos.
* Wright Express renewed its lease at 75 Darling Ave., South Portland. This 30,000 s/f transaction was brokered on behalf of the landlord, Cook Management Trust, by Gregory Boulos, partner, CBRE|Boulos.
* Allagash Brewing Company has leased 3,250 s/f of warehouse space at 53 Industrial Way, Portland from LJT, LLC. Allagash Brewing will use this space for storage in addition to their current location on Industrial Way. Tripp Corson of NAI The Dunham Group represented the landlord and Drew Sigfridson, SIOR, of CBRE|Boulos represented the tenant.
* Rockwell Automation renewed its lease at 202 Gannett Dr. in South Portland. This 4,033 s/f transaction was brokered on behalf of Rockwell Automation, by Timothy Reynolds, director of CB Richard Ellis Global Corporate Services and Craig Young, CCIM, partner, CBRE|Boulos.
* Healthcare Solutions has leased 1,500 s/f of office space at 170 US Rte. One, Falmouth. Justin Lamontagne, CBRE|Boulos, represented the tenant and landlord, FC Heinemann.
* A 5,960 s/f office building at 674 Mt. Hope Ave., Bangor, will be the new location for Branter, Thibodeau, & Associates. Charles Day, CBRE|Boulos brokered the transaction on behalf of the seller Elizabeth McGary Living Trust. The purchaser of the property was Mt. Hope Realty, LLC.

* Maine Basketball, LLC leased 2,076 s/f of retail/office space at 415 Congress St., Portland, from 415 Congress St. Properties, LP. Maine Basketball is the entity behind the local franchise for the NBA Development League. The retail storefront space will sell tickets, team apparel and other merchandise. The transaction was brokered by Chris Paszyc, Andrew Nelson, and Jon Leahy of CBRE|Boulos.
* NH Bragg renewed its lease of 6,500 s/f of warehouse space at 17 Patrick Dr., Westbrook. The transaction was brokered by Craig Young, CCIM, partner, CBRE|Boulos and Drew Sigfridson, SIOR also of CBRE|Boulos.
* Enterprise Growth Solutions leased a small office suite at Pineland Farms in New Gloucester. Justin Lamontagne, CBRE|Boulos, represented the tenant and landlord, The October Corp.

* Vector Marketing leased 1,335 s/f of office space at 4 Delta Dr., the Delta Business Park, in Westbrook. Justin Lamontagne, CBRE|Boulos, represented the landlord, ADCO, LLC, and Joe Porta, Ingalls Commercial Brokerage represented the tenant.
* Velocity Express, Inc. leased 18,565 s/f of warehouse space in the Saunders Business Park located at 15 Saunders Way, Westbrook, from JBB Westbrook LLC. This transaction was brokered on behalf of the landlord by Drew Sigfridson, SIOR, of CBRE|Boulos and the tenant by Michael Cardente, Cardente Real Estate.
* C & S Restaurants, LLC leased 2,691 s/f of retail space at 245 Commercial St., Portland, from Maine Employers' Mutual Insurance Company. The tenant will be using this space for a premium restaurant and bar. This transaction was brokered on behalf on the landlord by Drew Sigfridson, SIOR, CBRE|Boulos and on behalf on the tenant by Chris Thompson, Keller Williams Realty.
* Susan Collins leased 910 s/f of office space at One Canal Plaza, Portland, from Perkins Thompson. Drew Sigfridson, SIOR, CBRE|Boulos, represented the landlord and tenant.
* Concordia Partners leased 4,250 s/f of office space at One Canal Plaza, Portland, from GRE Congress Canal, LLC. This transaction was brokered on behalf of the landlord by Tony McDonald, CCIM, SIOR, CBRE|Boulos and on behalf of the tenant by Steve Baumann, Paragon Commercial Real Estate.
* New England Family Institute has leased 2,800 s/f of office space at 125 Presumpscot St., the Roundhouse, Portland. Justin Lamontagne, of CBRE|Boulos, represented the tenant and Steve Baumann, Paragon Real Estate represented the landlord, 125 Presumpscot Street, LLC.
* 3-C Electrical Co., Inc. has leased 4,000 s/f of office/warehouse space at 79 Leighton Rd., Augusta, from J&R Associates, LLC. This transaction was brokered by Chris Paszyc and Andrew Nelson of CBRE|Boulos.
* A lease for 15,520 s/f of office space at 53 Darling Ave., Portland, to SXC Health Solutions Corp. has been renewed. Gregory Boulos, partner, represented the landlord, Donald W. Cook Trust.

* Goodwill Industries of Northern New England purchased the former Dave Gould Ford property located at 15 Downeast Highway, Ellsworth from Bangor Savings Bank. The property consists of a 14,210 s/f former car dealership situated on a 2.22 acre parcel. Goodwill Industries plans to renovate the building and open a retail store at the property. This transaction was brokered on behalf of the seller by Chris Paszyc, CBRE|Boulos and on behalf of the buyer by Craig Young, CCIM, partner, also from CBRE|Boulos.

* GDG Associates, LLC purchased 1075 Lisbon St., Lewiston, from the Pellerin Family Trust. The property consists of a 2.12± acre development site improved with 1,482 s/f single family residence. This transaction was brokered by Chris Paszyc, CBRE|Boulos.

* WE 100 Larrabee Road LLC, an affiliate of Winstanley Enterprises LLC, purchased the 101,250 s/f single-story Larrabee Complex located at 100 Main St., Westbrook. WE 100 Larrabee Road LLC was represented by Gregory Boulos, partner, CBRE|Boulos. The seller, Miele Properties, LLC was represented by Craig Young, CCIM, partner, CBRE|Boulos.

* A fully-leased retail building has been sold at 245 Western Ave., South Portland. This sale transaction was brokered by Dan Greenstein, partner, CBRE|Boulos and Tony McDonald, CCIM, SIOR, partner, CBRE|Boulos.
