CBRE|The Boulos Company leased 8,533 s/f of office space to Stone Coast Fund Services, LLC from Olympia Equity Investors IV-B, LLC in Custom House Sq., 300 Fore St. Custom House Sq. is a new 61,129 s/f, 6-story office building located in the Old Port district. In addition to Stone Coast Fund Services, the building is home to PacSoft and the Council on International Education Exchange (CIEE). This transaction was brokered on behalf of the landlord by Gregory Boulos, partner, CBRE|Boulos. Charlie Craig, NAI/The Dunham Group represented the tenant.
