CBRE/Boulos leases 6,288 s/f of office space to Spring Harbor Hospital

Spring Harbor Hospital has leased 6,288 s/f of office space at Atlantic Place from Dead River Atlantic Place LLC. This not-for-profit hospital is expanding from their current location in Westbrook. The transaction was brokered on behalf of the landlord by Steve Baumann of CBRE/The Boulos Co. and the tenant by John Doyon of Malone Commercial Brokers. In a separate deal, Cardinal Health Care has purchased a 2,400 s/f flex building located at 66 Freedom Industrial Parkway in Hermon from Allen Nygren. Charles Day, of CBRE/Boulos Co. represented Cardinal Health Care as well as Julie Witt of CBRE.
