*Pediatric Development Center has leased 3,100 s/f of office space in the Roundhouse Campus located at 125 Presumpscot St. The transaction was brokered on behalf of the landlord, Presumpscot St. Properties, by Steve Baumann of CB Richard Ellis/The Boulos Co. (CBRE) and the tenant by Katie Allen of NAI/The Dunham Group.
*Mr. Signs, has leased a 2,567 s/f warehouse unit at 1037 Forest Ave. Justin Lamontagne of CBRE represented the landlord, 1037 Partners, Inc. and Matthew Cardente of Cardente Real Estate represented the tenant.
*On the Town Inc has leased 541 s/f of retail space at 58 Exchange St., from Maine Props. Inc. The transaction was brokered on behalf of the tenant by Nate Stevens of CBRE and on behalf on the landlord by Cheryl Hugill of Maine Props. Inc.
*Coveside Conservation Products, LLC, has leased 6,000 s/f of industrial space from Bob Young at 23-25 Evergreen Dr. in Portland. The transaction was brokered by Craig Young, CCIM and Jessica Estes at CBRE.
*Kepware Technologies has leased 3,537 s/f of office space from Putney Vet located at 400 Congress St. in Portland. The transaction was brokered on behalf of the landlord and tenant by Tracy Sullivan of CBRE.
