Dover, NH According to CBRE | Portsmouth the iconic former Foster’s Daily Democrat building at 333 Central Ave. in downtown has been sold.  This 52,800 s/f building sits on 1.05 acres, covering more than a city block.  It was the corporate office and production facility to the Foster’s Daily Democrat for over 100 years.

The new owner, The Fosters Building LLC, purchased the property for $1.5 million with plans to redevelop the building.
