In another transaction, Steward Partners Global Advisory, LLC has leased 4,577 s/f of office space and Raymond James & Associates, Inc. has leased 2,489 s/f of office space at the final phase of Portwalk Place in downtown Portsmouth, N.H. Both tenants are expected to occupy their new offices on or around September 1st of this year.
