CBRE | Portsmouth facilitates 21,500 s/f lease at 121 Broadway

According to CBRE | Portsmouth, Peak-Ryzex, Inc. has leased 21,500 s/f of office and warehouse space at 121 Broadway. Kent White of CBRE | Portsmouth and Brad Crosley of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the tenant. In another transaction, Steward Partners Global Advisory, LLC has leased 4,577 s/f of office space and Raymond James & Associates, Inc. has leased 2,489 s/f of office space at the final phase of Portwalk Place in downtown Portsmouth, N.H. Both tenants are expected to occupy their new offices on or around September 1st of this year. White and Christian Stallkamp of CBRE | Portsmouth represented the landlord in these transactions.
