According to CBRE | Portsmouth, LA Beatz has leased 4,114 s/f of retail space at 109 Gosling Rd.
LA Beatz moved from 599 Lafayette Rd. in Portsmouth to 109 Gosling Rd. in Newington, because it offers approximately three times the space as their former location.
Kent White of CBRE | Portsmouth represented the tenant and Brian O'Brien of NAI Norwood Group represented the landlord in this transaction.
