CBRE|The Boulos Co. complete deals

CBRE|The Boulos Company negotiated the following transactions:
* Novare, Ltd., d.b.a. First Impact of NY, has leased a 1,398 s/f office suite at Pineland Farms, New Gloucester. Justin Lamontagne, CBRE|Boulos, represented the tenant and the landlord, The October Corp.
* Mutual of Omaha Insurance Co. has leased 1,100 s/f of office space at Atlantic Place, South Portland, from Dead River Atlantic Place, LLC. This transaction was brokered on behalf of the landlord by Drew Sigfridson and on behalf of the tenant by Nate Stevens, both of CBRE|Boulos.
* Mark Richards has purchased 19 Northbrook Drive, Falmouth, from Olmstead Properties, LLC. The property is a 5,994 s/f fully-leased Class A office building. The primary tenant is CIBA Specialty Chemical Corp. This transaction was brokered on behalf of the buyer by Matthew Cardente, Cardente Real Estate and on behalf of the seller by Jonathan Leahy, CBRE|Boulos.
* Colby Company Engineering has leased 5,081 s/f at 47 York St., Portland, from J.B. Brown & Sons. This transaction was brokered on behalf of the landlord by Katie Allen, NAI/The Dunham Group and Jon Leahy, CBRE|Boulos represented the tenant.
* Goodwill Industries of Northern New England has leased a 16,000 s/f freestanding retail facility at 1080 Shelburne Ave., South Burlington, VT from 1080 Shelburne Road, LLC. The transaction was brokered on behalf of the tenant by Craig Young, CCIM, partner, CBRE|Boulos and Yves Bradley, Pomerleau Real Estate and on behalf of the landlord by Bradford Worthen, VT Commercial Real Estate.
* Tax Services of American Inc, d.b.a. Jackson Hewitt Tax Services has leased 2,798 s/f of office space at Atlantic Place, South Portland, from Dead River Atlantic Place LLC. This transaction was brokered on behalf of the landlord by Sigfridson and Stevens and on behalf of the tenant by Kevin Robert, Coldwell Banker.
* R.D. Management has leased 1,500 s/f of retail space at 80 Birch St., Biddeford, from Hollyday Multi, LLC. The location will be used as a convenience store. Joseph Porta, CBRE|Boulos brokered this transaction.
* The 5,476 s/f restaurant facility at 65 Portland R., Kennebunk, will be the new location for Sebago Brewing Company. Charles Day, CBRE|Boulos brokered the transaction on behalf of the tenant. The landlord, GI Kennebunk, LLC was represented by Debra Napolitano, president, Paragon Commercial Real Estate.
* Sage Data Security, Inc. expanded its offices at 324 Cummings Rd., South Portland, by leasing 1,272 s/f of office space from the T&T Development. This transaction was brokered on behalf of the landlord by Sigfridson.
* Dean Mello has leased 309 s/f of office space at 245 Commercial St., Portland, from Maine Employers' Mutual Insurance Co. This deal was brokered on behalf on the landlord by Sigfridson and on behalf on the tenant by Stevens.
* Business Products, Inc has leased 1,439 s/f of office space at 105 Main St., South Portland, from the T&T Development, LLC. Sigfridson represented the landlord and tenant.
* Matthew Chausse has leased 1,297 s/f of retail space at 740 Broadway, South Portland, from the L&J Co LLC. This transaction was brokered on behalf of the landlord by Sigfridson and on behalf of the tenant by Stevens.
* mCaddie, Inc. has sub-leased 2,001 s/f of office space at 707 Sable Oaks, Suite 303, South Portland, from Futurity First Insurance Group, Inc. This transaction was brokered on behalf of the landlord by Craig Young and on behalf of the tenant by Jonathan Leahy, both of CBRE|Boulos.
* The Great Schools Partnership has leased 4,247 s/f of office space at 482 Congress St., Portland. This transaction was brokered on behalf of the landlord by Lamontagne and on behalf of the tenant by Jim Harnden, formerly of RAM Harnden.
* Town & Country Federal Credit Union has purchased an 8,493 s/f office building at 426 Forest Ave., Portland, from Sig-Nage Associates. This transaction was brokered on behalf on the seller by Greenstein and Sigfridson represented the buyer.
* A 4.24 s/f acre parcel of commercial land at Rte. 1 and Johnson Rd., Falmouth, has been sold. Charles Day, CBRE|Boulos brokered the transaction on behalf of the seller, Mt. Pleasant Realty Company. The purchaser of the property, TideSmart Realty, LLC was represented by Napolitano of Paragon.
* Carl Danielson and Carolyn Whittaker have purchased 367, 383, & 399 Main St., Thomaston, from the State of Maine. The property is located across from the former Maine State Prison and consists of the former Warden's House, Deputy Warden's House, and the Business Offices. The three properties total 10,476 s/f on a 2.11 acre parcel. This transaction was brokered by Chris Paszyc, CBRE|Boulos.
