PORTLAND, ME CBRE | The Boulos Company has completed the following transactions totaling 48,802 s/f.
EPS Properties, LLC purchased an 8,000 s/f office building at 235 Gannett Dr. in South Portland from seller Timm Properties, LLC. The transaction was handled by Dan Greenstein and Greg Boulos.
The buyer purchased the property vacant and leased it to a new office tenant.
Mountain View LLC sold the former 5,846 s/f Hay’s Funeral Home to a local investor who plans to renovate the building into apartments. The property is located at 795 Main St. in Westbrook. Nate Stevens arranged the transaction.
Spurwink Services, a nationally accredited non-profit organization that provides a broad range of mental health and educational services for children, adolescents, adults and families, has subleased 34,956 s/f at 901 A Washington Ave. in Portland, in a building owned by JB Brown and Sons and formerly occupied by Martin’s Point Health Care. Spurwink engages in outcomes research and sets the standard for continuous quality management. This new location will allow the organization to consolidate its administrative offices and provide a training area for its employees.
