* Savers, a retailer of used and new apparel, housewares and furniture, has leased 27,167 s/f. The space was previously occupied by Linens 'n Things.
This deal was brokered on behalf of the landlord by Kent White of CBRE|Boulos.
* Wireless Zone has leased a 1,980 s/f retail unit (formerly occupied by Hollywood Video) at Augusta Plaza located at 50 Western Ave. in Augusta, ME. from the landlord, Augusta Plaza Associates.

Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
