CBRE|The Boulos Co. leases 29,147 s/f
CBRE | The Boulos Co. brokered two retail leases.
* Savers, a retailer of used and new apparel, housewares and furniture, has leased 27,167 s/f. The space was previously occupied by Linens 'n Things.
This deal was brokered on behalf of the landlord by Kent White of CBRE|Boulos.
* Wireless Zone has leased a 1,980 s/f retail unit (formerly occupied by Hollywood Video) at Augusta Plaza located at 50 Western Ave. in Augusta, ME. from the landlord, Augusta Plaza Associates.
This transaction was brokered by Chris Paszyc of CBRE |Boulos.
