CBRE|The Boulos Co. sells The Meadow Mall
The Bank of Maine has sold 35,202 s/f The Meadow Mall, a multi-tenanted strip center at 185 Townsend Ave. on 5.45 acres with 196 paved parking spaces to Boothbay Holdings, LLC, an affiliate of Ellis Commercial. Tenants at the mall include Bank of Maine, Boothbay Harbor Theater, Key Bank, Curves and Boothbay Harbor House of Pizza.
