CBRE|The Boulos Company leases 4,200 s/f to The Egg & I Restaurant

According to CBRE|The Boulos Co., The Egg 101, LLC d/b/a The Egg & I Restaurant has leased 4,200 s/f of retail space in the Dolphin Marketplace located at 183 U.S. Rte. One. The Egg & I's new Scarborough location plans to be open by mid May 2012. This transaction was brokered on behalf of the tenant by Nate Stevens of CBRE| The Boulos Co. and on behalf of the landlord by Michael Rogers of Prime Prudential Properties.
