CBRE | The Boulos Company secures two tenants at Stillwater Crossing

According to CBRE | The Boulos Company, V & E Enterprises secured a 9.4-acre retail parcel along Stillwater Ave. V & E Enterprises is currently developing the site into a three building retail center known as Stillwater Crossing. Dan Greenstein of CBRE | The Boulos Company represented V & E Enterprises and secured two tenants for the center, a 55,000 s/f Hobby Lobby and a 7,200 s/f Buffalo Wild Wings, both planning to open in August. V & E Enterprises acquired the Stillwater Crossing site from Supervalu, Inc., a national grocery company. Supervalu, Inc. was represented by Charles Day, also of CBRE | The Boulos Co., who assisted them in the disposition of their surplus real estate.

Shelton, CT Bob Horvath, Todd Tremblay, Matt Nadler and Jack Laurendeau of Horvath & Tremblay have completed the sale of Trader Joe’s. Horvath & Tremblay exclusively represented the seller and brought the buyer to complete the transaction at a sale price of $7,882,639 which represents a 4.95% Cap Rate.
