Centro Properties Group leases 33,404 s/f at WaterTower Plaza

According to Centro Properties Group, a 33,404 s/f Ocean State Job Lot recently opened at WaterTower Plaza, located south of Hwy. 2, on the southeast corner of North Main St. (Hwy. 12) and Hamilton St. Centro Properties Group is the owner of WaterTower Plaza and was represented by Mark Potter with Centro Properties Group. In another transaction, a 15,200 s/f Golf Galaxy recently opened at Burlington Square, located in the northeast corner of I-95 and Hwy. 3, on the northeast corner of Middlesex Tpke. and Burlington Mall Rd. in Burlington. Mark Doherty of Mercury Properties, Boston represented Golf Galaxy. Centro Properties Group is the owner of Burlington Square and was represented by Potter.
