According to Centro Properties Group, a 33,404 s/f Ocean State Job Lot recently opened at WaterTower Plaza, located south of Hwy. 2, on the southeast corner of North Main St. (Hwy. 12) and Hamilton St.
Centro Properties Group is the owner of WaterTower Plaza and was represented by Mark Potter with Centro Properties Group.
In another transaction, a 15,200 s/f Golf Galaxy recently opened at Burlington Square, located in the northeast corner of I-95 and Hwy. 3, on the northeast corner of Middlesex Tpke. and Burlington Mall Rd. in Burlington. Mark Doherty of Mercury Properties, Boston represented Golf Galaxy.

Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
