Centro Properties Group leases 360 s/f to Monkey Dogs at Tri-City Plaza
According to Centro Properties Group, a 360 s/f lease has been executed with Monkey Dogs, a restaurant kiosk offering hot dogs, at Tri-City Plaza, located on heavily trafficked West High St. (Rte. 9), .25 mile north of the intersections of Rte. 16.
Centro Properties Group is the owner of Tri-City Plaza and was represented by Charles Davis with Centro Properties Group.
Melrose, MA Dennis Kelleher and John Pentore of Horvath & Tremblay have facilitated the sale of 47 units spread across two multi-family properties in totaling $13.7 million. Kelleher and Pentore facilitated the sale of 333 Main St. and 447 Pleasant St.
