Centro Properties leases 13,865 s/f at Freshwater-Stateline Plaza

According to Centro Properties Group, a 13,865 s/f lease has been executed with Jo-Ann Fabrics and Crafts at Freshwater-Stateline Plaza, located one block east of I-95, adjacent to Enfield Square, on the southeast corner of Elm St. (Rte. 220) and Freshwater Blvd. Tim McNamara of SullivanHayes Companies Northeast, LLC, Farmington, represented Jo-Ann Fabrics and Crafts. Centro Properties Group is the owner of Freshwater-Stateline Plaza and was represented by Charles Davis with Centro Properties Group. Centro Properties Group is the third largest owner of community and neighborhood shopping centers in the U.S. Its portfolio of 593 properties is strategically located across 39 states and aggregates approximately 96 million s/f of gross leasable area.
