According to Centro Properties Group, a 13,865 s/f lease has been executed with Jo-Ann Fabrics and Crafts at Freshwater-Stateline Plaza, located one block east of I-95, adjacent to Enfield Square, on the southeast corner of Elm St. (Rte. 220) and Freshwater Blvd.
