Centro Props. brokers two leases in Rutland Plaza and Stratford Sq.

According to Centro Properties Group, Subway has leased 2,000 s/f at Rutland Plaza, located just west of Rte. 7, at the intersection of Center St. and Merchants Row. Centro Properties Group is the owner of Rutland Plaza and was represented by Charles Davis of Centro Properties Group. In another transaction, T-Mobile recently opened in 1,600 s/f at Stratford Square located north of I-95 (exit 31), on Barnum Ave. Cut-off (Rte. 1) at the intersection of Longbrook Ave. in Stratford, Conn. Daniel Rabazzi of Boylston Realty Advisors, Inc., Wilmington, Mass. represented T-Mobile. Centro Properties Group is the owner of Stratford Square and was represented by Nick Andreadis of Centro Properties Group.
