The seller was represented by Judy Chace, broker & co-owner, and Erin Marsh, sales associate: both of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty. Jennifer Cosgrove of Greenwich Bay Brokers represented the buyer.

According to data available from Rhode Island Statewide Multiple Listing Service, the sale of 625 Love Lane is the highest sale in Warwick since the sale of 370 Love Lane in September 2021, in which Chace and Marsh represented the seller and facilitated for the buyer, making this the second over $2 million sale for the pair in just four months.
