Chace and Marsh of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty sell 80 Sycamore Ln. for $2.35 million

South Kingstown, RI Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty negotiated the sale of 80 Sycamore Ln. for $2.35 million. The sellers were represented by Judy Chace and the buyers were represented by Erin Marsh, both of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty.

According to data from the Multiple Listing Service, this is the highest priced sale in South Kingstown this year to date.

Built in 2011, this home’s modest cedar shingled exterior pays homage to the farmhouses and beach cottages for which Matunuck is historically known, while the interior design and wall of glass facing the pool – itself a study in minimalist landscape perfection – are thoroughly contemporary.

“This sale is an excellent example of the power of the matchmaking we can do within our network here at Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty,” said Chace. “My client was able to secure an exceptional price for their property, while enjoying the privacy of selling directly to the buyer.”

“My clients are very happy to be the next stewards of this home,” Marsh said. “It is an exceptional example of clean, modern design in harmony with its natural setting here in coastal Rhode Island.”
