Charity Day part of grand opening of Launch at the Hingham Shipyard

Some say "Charity begins at home", but in the case of the Launch at the Hingham Shipyard (which includes all shops and restaurants), charity began on Thursday, June 24th. That's when participating tenants offered specials to those who bought tickets in support of the Hingham Recreation Summer Scholarship Program and/or Arc of the South Shore in North Weymouth which provides programs for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families. Charity Day is part of the official summer-long grand opening of the Launch at the Hingham Shipyard (shops and restaurants) which begins the week-end of June 25th - 27th. But, Charity Day ticketholders had access to lots of one-day-only specials at participating Shipyard shops and restaurants. Participating in Charity Day were the following Hingham Launch shops and restaurants: BG Galleries, Bodyscapes Fitness, Eastern Mountain Sports, The Fresh Market, Panera Bread, Patriot Cinemas, Pizzapalooza, Typhoon Asian Bistro, Unleashed by Petco, Vitamin Shoppe, Hingham Shipyard Marinas.
