Charter Realty leases 2,474 s/f to Dunkin' Donuts in Portland

Charter Realty and Development has leased space in Westgate Shopping Center. Dunkin' Donuts took 2,474 s/f and will be joining Shaw's, CVS, Anytime Fitness, Bank of America, TD Bank North, and Advance Auto Parts. Dunkin' Donuts will be replacing Tim Horton's in the freestanding location with a drive-thru. The center was recently renovated and is located along a heavily trafficked corridor. At one of the entrance's, there is a signalized traffic light at the intersection of Congress St. and Stevens St. The traffic count at this location is approximately 20,000 vehicles per day.
