Charter Realty leases 25,000 s/f to T.J. Maxx at Aroostook Center Mall

Charter Realty & Development Corp. has arranged a 25,000 s/f lease for a T.J.Maxx store in the Aroostook Center Mall. T.J.Maxx will join Lowes, Sears, JC Penney and others in this project. The 525,000 s/f project is owned by Sitt Asset Management and is located on U.S. Rte. 1. T.J.Maxx sells brand name family apparel, including women's footwear and active wear, home fashions and other merchandise. T.J.Maxx differentiates itself from Marshalls with an expanded assortment of jewelry and accessories, all at prices 20-60% below department and specialty store regular prices. Charter Realty currently represents TJX Companies for their T.J.Maxx, Marshalls, Marshalls Shoes and HomeGoods divisions in various markets throughout the Northeast.
