Charter Realty leases 622,938 s/f retail center

Charter Realty & Development Corp. will be leasing the Boardman Plaza located at 101-501 Boardman-Canfield Rd. This 622,938 s/f center sits on about 50 acres and has tenants that include Burlington Coat Factory, Pet Supplies Plus, Linens N Things, Michaels, Rite Aid, Good Will, Dollar General, IGA, Aaron Rents, and Hobby Lobby.  There are currently spaces available consisting of 900 - 80,000 s/f.  Charter currently leases or owns 12,220,157 s/f of centers in 13 states.
