Charter Realty now leasing 2 spaces totaling 5,750 s/f at Wells Plaza
Charter Realty & Development Corp. is now leasing the Wells Plaza located on Rte. 1.
Reny's Five Star Cinemas, Dollar Tree, and Pet Quarters anchor this 94,027 s/f center. Hannaford Bros. is located next to the center. The center currently has two spaces of 1,880 and 3,870 s/f available in addition to a pad site that can be up to 7,000 s/f.
