Chestnut Hill Realty recognized for workplace excellence

Ed Zuker

Brookline, MA Chestnut Hill Realty has received a top ranking on the nationwide 2026 Best Places to Work in Multifamily list, produced annually by the Multifamily Innovation Council. CHR placed #25 on the list of companies managing 5,000-20,000 apartments, and is the highest ranking employer in New England. The Best Places to Work program recognizes organizations that create the  strongest employee experiences in the apartment industry. This is the sixth consecutive year Chestnut Hill Realty has been named to the list and sixth time CHR has placed in the top 25.

Rankings are determined through an independently conducted national survey based on confidential employee feedback. This method ensures that the results reflect the authentic experiences of the people who work at these organizations. Companies in the multifamily industry opt-in to participate in the survey.

“When our employees feel supported and aligned with our mission – Managing People’s Homes with Pride – everything improves,” said Ed Zuker, CHR founder and CEO. “We take pride in our company culture.”

In addition to the overall rankings, companies are also evaluated for the Best Places to Work in Multifamily for Women list. This distinction represents an additional standard of excellence and highlights organizations where women experience meaningful opportunity, support, and belonging. CHR ranked #18 on the national list, appearing for the third consecutive year in the top 25.
