Choate of G&E|Coldstream sells 30,000 s/f ind'l./whse. - $1.425m

Grubb & Ellis|Coldstream Real Estate Advisors, Inc. represented 55 Heritage, LLC of Chicago in the sale of a 30,000 s/f industrial warehouse building at 11 Commerce Way. Constructed in 1986, the facility was originally designed to store light bulbs produced by Osram Sylvania at its Exeter plant. David Choate of Grubb & Ellis|Coldstream's Portsmouth office represented the seller. Peter Billipp of The Kane Co. procured the buyer, Northeast Distribution, LTD of Newington. Northeast will make substantial renovations to the building and expects to move in during the summer. According to the Rockingham Registry of Deeds, the selling price was $1.425 million.
