Grubb & Ellis|Northern New England leased two spaces at Greenland Village Shops, 655 Portsmouth Ave. David Choate of G&E|NNE's Portsmouth office represented the landlord and assisted the tenants.
Splatter Palette Tattoo and Art Studio leased 1,021 s/f of retail space. Jamie Traversy, owner of Splatter Palette, said she chose the location because her shop will offer a place for people to purchase custom art on their bodies but also artwork in general. It will also serve as a place for local artists to hang their own art.
Seacoast Body Balance, LLC, a physical therapy practice which specializes in orthopaedic and sports medicine injuries, as well as treatment for vestibular problems, has leased 835 s/f of first floor office space. Melissa Gahr, MSPT, formerly worked across the parking lot at New Hampshire Hearing and Balance. Gahr said she chose to open her own practice in the same complex because of the large patient base she has developed in Greenland over the past five years. Seacoast Body Balance will feature new technologies, facilities, and equipment for patient use.
