Choate of Grubb & Ellis|Coldstream leases 19,200 s/f office/warehouse to VXi Corp.

Grubb & Ellis|Coldstream Real Estate Advisors, Inc. represented VXi Corp. in the lease of a 19,200 s/f office, assembly and warehouse space at 279 Locust St. Constructed in phases from the 1930s to the 1960s, the 115,000 s/f facility most recently housed Moore Business Forms, but was purchased in 2005 by Summit Land Development. Summit Land Dev. is in the process of completely renovating the building for a combination of office and light industrial tenants. David Choate of Grubb & Ellis|Coldstream's Portsmouth office represented VXi in its eighteen month, search for a new headquarters in the Tri-City area. Summit is making substantial renovations to the building to suit the needs of VXi and VXi expects to move this month. Mike Ferguson, president of VXi, said the company was excited about this location because of its proximity to the Spaulding Tpke., I-95 and UNH. VXi employs 49 people.
