Grubb & Ellis|Northern New England represented Hagan Design and Machine, Inc. in the lease of 24,000 s/f of industrial space at 2 Forbes Rd. Hagan is a full service electrical discharge machining machine shop. David Choate of Grubb & Ellis|Northern New England's Portsmouth office represented the lessee and Brandt Atkins of New Hampshire Real Estate represented the lessor, NIP-Lot 6, LLC. Jonathan Hagan, president, said that his firm chose the Newmarket location because it was the most satisfactory building in the area that could meet the needs of his growing company. Hagan added that it was important to relocate close to Epping so that his skilled workforce would be retained.
