Christie and McGee of NAI Hunneman broker $2.6m apt. sale
NAI Hunneman has brokered the sale of a 36-unit apartment building, known as Yarmouth House, for $2.6 million.
NAI Hunneman's Carl Christie, executive vice president and principal, and Dan McGee, sales associate, represented the seller, 15 Willow Street LLC and procured the buyer, 15 Willow Westboro, LLC.
"We're very pleased to close this sale on behalf our client," said Christie. "Yarmouth House is a great asset and offers upside potential for the new buyer."
Built in 1969 and located at 15 Willow St., Yarmouth House sits on a 45,459 s/f professionally landscaped site in Westborough center amid small, family-run restaurants and shops. It's located just off Rte. 9 with easy access to I-495 and the Mass. Tpke.
The building includes one studio, 23 one-bedroom units and 12 two-bedroom units.
