Providence, RI The newest apartment building along the Providence River in Fox Point is finally complete as Churchill and Banks completed its 580 South Water project.

580 South Water is a 69-unit apartment building that began construction in 2017.

President and CEO of Churchill and Banks, Richard Baccari II, said, “Throughout the pandemic, there were times I thought that this project  was never going to be finished. I am so proud of the hard work and perseverance of so many people that were a part of this project.”

Apartments are equipped with in-unit washer and dryer, quartz countertops with waterfall edges, stainless steel appliances, and triple-pane Pella windows. Many units also have private balconies.
