Milford, CT The Geenty Group, Realtors, reports the lease of a 1,212 s/f unit at 193 Bridgeport Ave.  This is a three-unit strip center in the center of Devon, a section of Milford.  The tenant is The Mod House, LLC. Owner Kurt Buckholz will use the space for the retail sales of vapor products, electronic cigarettes, and accessories.  He also has another facility in Wallingford.  The landlord is Naugatuck Junction, LLC.  

Bill Clark, senior vice president at The Geenty Group, was the sole agent in this transaction.
