Cleeman Realty Group brokers $11.2 million sale of Shaw’s Supermarket
Littleton, NH Cleeman Realty Group negotiated the $11.2 million off-market sale of a net-leased Shaw’s Supermarket. The 55,196 s/f building is located at 625 Meadow St. on nine acres.
Jeremy Scheer and Michael Cleeman of Cleeman Realty Group represented the buyer and seller in this transaction.
“The buyer was looking to add to a portfolio of net lease supermarkets and the seller was looking to capitalize on the strong demand for this type of asset” said Scheer.
Shaw’s Supermarket is a wholly owned subsidiary of Albertsons, a publicly traded grocery company founded and headquartered in Boise, ID.
