Fairhaven, MA Coastal Commercial Real Estate completed the long-term lease of commercial retail space located at Rte. 6, Sarah’s Way, Unit
#17.

The former physical therapy end-cap space, will be used for a dance and exercise studio consisting of 2,600 s/f. The Fierce Dance Academy, LLC lease terms were undisclosed.

The lessors and lessees were represented by Richard Stang, Esq. from Coastal Commercial Real Estate.
