Cobb Hill Construction has been awarded a 2011 Cornerstone Award by the Home Builders and Remodelers Association of New Hampshire (HBRANH). Cobb Hill was presented with a Gold Award for their work on a certified Energy Star vacation home, constructed in Campton.
The 5 bedroom, 5 bath home has views of the surrounding mountains from nearly every room via a gable wall, comprised mostly of windows. The 4,200 s/f home contains 3 gas fireplaces and a game room with a full wet bar, a full-size pool table, and a wall-mounted flat panel TV.
The main floor has solid red oak flooring with cherry trim while the master suite has custom tile finishes. The kitchen has cherry cabinetry with granite countertops, twin Bosh dishwashers, and other modern appliances.
"It is an honor to receive a Cornerstone Award. We are thrilled that our dedication to quality craftsmanship has been acknowledged for this project," said Jerry Kingwill, president of Cobb Hill.
The Cornerstone Awards are presented annually to recognize excellence in the building industry. Construction professionals who hold memberships in the HBRANH submit their best work to be judged by a neighboring chapter of the Home Builders Association.
