Glickman Kovago & Company recently brokered the sale of 299 Barber Ave. between SMTM Equity Partners LLC of Holden and Hardy & Sons LLC of Worcester for $193,000. 299 Barber Ave. is .5 acre of commercial land located in the center of town on Rte. 16.

Glickman Kovago & Company also brokered the sale of 15 Mendon St. in Uxbridge between Mary Kottsis of Uxbridge and Capron Corporation also of Uxbridge, for $175,000. 15 Mendon St. is a 2,800 s/f commercial building located in the center of town on Rte. 16.
Cohen represented the seller and Jeffrey Borus, vice president at Glickman Kovago & Company, represented the buyer.
In another transaction, Glickman, Kovago & Company brokered the lease of 120 Stafford St., Worcester between 120 Stafford Street LLC of Worcester and Hosanna Gospel Center of West Boylston. The Hosanna Gospel Center is moving from West Boylston to the 2,700 s/f space in Worcester.
The Hosanna Gospel Center has been in the Worcester area since 2001 and serves the community through ministry, prayer and song.
120 Stafford St. is a 48,000 s/f retail and commercial building located in Webster Square. 5,000 s/f of space remains.

Glickman Kovago & Company also brokered the lease of 1 Zottoli Rd. in Holden between GP Development Trust of Andover and MGM Services, Inc. of Worcester. MGM Services, Inc. is a general contracting firm. 1 Zottoli Rd. is 1,200 s/f of commercial space located just off Main St. in the center of Holden.
