Scituate, RI Coldwell Banker Commercial Brokerage listed and leased 1,000 s/f of retail office space at 53 Village Plaza Way.
The landlord is Walley Realty LLC and the tenant is Bee Cat Properties.
The 50,455 s/f Scituate Village Plaza is a shopping center with its own traffic light at the main entrance. The lead tenant is Walgreens, other tenants include medical, restaurants and clothiers.
The new tenant is relocating, and finds the new location more spacious and centrally located.
