Coldwell Banker commercial division sells 5,200 s/f for $240,000

The Ann Foncellino team of Coldwell Banker commercial division listed and sold 5,200 s/f of office space at 650 Eddie Dowling Highway for $240,000. The building will be renovated and used by Enrollment Solutions, a general agency for Colonial Life and Accident Insurance Co. The building will be used as office space for the agency. The agency conducts business-to-business supplemental insurance programs. Rick Harrington of REMAX properties represented the buyer, J.J. Hannon, LLC. The seller was Sidney Shertner.
