Coleman joins AGW Partners as asset manager for South Norwalk portfolio

Norwalk, CT AGW Partners LLC has welcomed Kevin Coleman to the company as asset manager, overseeing its South Norwalk (SoNo) portfolio of retail, restaurant, and office properties along Washington St. in the historic district.

In his new role, Coleman will lead leasing strategy and execution across the portfolio, with a focus on attracting businesses that complement and strengthen Washington St.’s dynamic mix of independent restaurants, retailers, entertainment concepts, and creative office usage.

Coleman has already hit the ground running, actively negotiating with prospective tenants and brokers while developing strong relationships with existing businesses throughout the portfolio. His early activity includes a signed Letter of Intent for a well-known SoNo storefront, with additional leasing opportunities currently in discussion.

Coleman brings extensive experience and deep roots in the Fairfield County commercial real estate market. Prior to joining AGW Partners, he worked as a full-commission broker with Coldwell Banker Commercial Realty Northeast, representing both landlords and tenants throughout Fairfield County. His experience includes a leasing assignment for a 152,000 s/f office property in Norwalk.

The move to AGW marks a natural progression from brokerage to direct asset management, giving Coleman the opportunity to take a more hands-on, long-term role in the growth of one of the towns most active commercial corridors.

Beyond leasing, Coleman will be highly visible within the SoNo community, working closely with AGW’s active marketing arm, OnWashington, managed by MaxEx Public Relations, LLC, existing tenants, prospective businesses, brokers, and other stakeholders to help maintain Washington St.’s momentum as a destination to eat, shop, work, gather, and experience South Norwalk.
