Colliers hires Braseth and Wright to its brokerage group

Portsmouth, NH Colliers, a global leader in commercial real estate services, has hired Tim Braseth to the Colliers team in Portsmouth, NH and Blake Wright to the Colliers team in Portland, Maine. 

Braseth has spent the last eighteen years in real estate. With his companies ArtCraft Homes and ArtCraft Development, he bought, renovated, and resold dozens of luxury properties throughout LA. As a commercial developer, Braseth repositioned eight light industrial buildings into offices, restaurants, and brew-pubs along West Adams’ Jefferson Blvd. which he branded “Farmdale Crossing.” He oversaw all aspects of the project from inception to funding, acquisition, construction, leasing, management, and disposition. “Development was the fulfilment of a lifelong passion for commercial real estate,” Braseth said. “We’re delighted to have Tim join the Colliers team in Portsmouth. We look forward to him bringing his experience and skills in real estate to clients here in the New Hampshire Seacoast and throughout the region.” said Robert Rohrer, managing director, NH.

Braseth has written about real estate and development for the Urban Land Institute, Form Magazine, and Modernism Magazine, has been a frequent speaker and panelist at real estate conferences. Braseth has been featured on HGTV and published in Dwell Magazine, Los Angeles Times, and other media outlets.

Wright’s previous experience includes banking and mortgage lending. He grew up in the Bangor, ME area and now resides in Portland. He is a graduate of the University of Southern Maine in Portland.
