Colliers International and Fairway Real Estate leases 45,000 s/f to Osram Sylvania

Colliers International, a global leader in commercial real estate services, in cooperation with Fairway Real Estate has leased 45,000 s/f of storage and distribution space at 31 Norton Dr. to Osram Sylvania, Inc. of Danvers, Mass. Jim DeStefano of Colliers International's New Hampshire office and Wendy Keeler of Fairway Real Estate in Concord co-represented the landlord, SUR Realty, LLC of Contoocook, N.H., in the transaction, and procured the tenant. Colliers International | New Hampshire tracks over 1,200 industrial buildings in the Granite State, amounting to almost 62 million s/f.
