Colliers International, a global leader in commercial real estate services, represented Exeter Med Real, Inc. of Exeter, New Hampshire in the sale of its 3,169 s/f, 1.54 acre property at 257 Portsmouth Ave.
The building housed the medical practice of Dr. Bruce Bartolini for many years until it was purchased by the real estate subsidiary of Exeter Hospital.
David Choate and Andrew Ward, of Colliers International's Portsmouth, N.H. office, represented the seller and Joe Leddy, of The Bean Group, represented the buyer, Kevin Roy of 257 Portsmouth Ave., LLC.
According to the Rockingham County Registry of Deeds, the property sold for $250,000.
Kevin Roy plans on constructing an addition to the rear of the building and expects to move his Meadowview Plaza, Stratham "portfolio" showroom and Kevin Roy Building Company, Inc. to the property this fall.
