Columbia promotes Jozokos and Arsenault to senior vice president positions at the company

North Reading, MA Columbia has promoted Sharon Jozokos and Matt Arsenault to senior vice president positions. 

“Sharon and Matt have each made a significant impact on Columbia over many years through their leadership, commitment to their colleagues, and dedication to our clients and industry,” said Columbia COO Shawn Gallant. “While their paths to this role have been different, both have worked extremely hard leading teams, developing strong and rewarding client relationships, and championing Columbia’s expertise throughout the region. We are thrilled to announce their well-deserved promotions.”

Over the last decade, Jozokos has grown Columbia’s Healthcare team into one of the premier healthcare construction teams in the region while also contributing to the firm’s expansion in the Academic and Science + Technology sectors through the strong relationships she has built over the years. Her portfolio includes major projects for Mass General Brigham, Beth Israel Lahey Health, Tufts Medicine, MIT, and other leading institutions. Jozokos has established herself as a respected leader within the healthcare community and has also dedicated significant time to mentoring and supporting women entering and growing within the construction industry. Her involvement with organizations such as AGC MA, National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC), Massachusetts Girls in Trades, ASHE, New England Healthcare Engineers’ Society, and her alma mater, Wentworth Institute of Technology, reflects her commitment not only to Columbia but to the future of the industry.

Matt Arsenault has been a consistent leader throughout his 18-year career with Columbia, where he is recognized by colleagues for a working style that centers humility, honesty, and authenticity. Several years ago, he was named Columbia’s Director of Interiors, a role in which he has demonstrated an ability to effectively inspire teams, support clients, and drive results. During his tenure with Columbia, he has played a critical role in more than 150 construction projects for clients, including Amazon, The Chiofaro Company, Forrester, WilmerHale, and Wayfair. Arsenault currently serves as Co-Chair for the CoreNet Global Leadership Program and is also a graduate of the program.
