Lexington, MA Cornerstone Realty Capital, a boutique commercial mortgage brokerage company, is celebrating an exciting milestone as the company reaches 15 years of shared success. Over the last 15 years, Cornerstone has proudly served over 150 clients and has closed over 800 loans with 91 unique lenders. The company credits much of its success to the close, trusted relationships they’ve built with their clients, lenders, appraisers, brokers, and more, all who are a part of the Cornerstone family.

Cornerstone Realty Capital was founded in 2004 by Paul Natalizio with the vision of assisting clients with their commercial mortgage financing needs. With almost 20 years of experience in banking and real estate asset management, and a strong list of established relationships, Natalizio closed his first deal in debt financing 15 years ago and hasn’t slowed down since.

The team has continued to steadily grow, with the addition of vice president Andrew Saccone joining Cornerstone in 2014 and vice president Patrick Brady in 2016, along with the more recent additions of key analysts Josh Shelters and Tim Grogan. The team of five has established themselves as trusted, smart, hardworking advisors, and together have continued to build upon the company’s credibility and reliability that it’s been known for.

As the market rose and fell over the years, Cornerstone has always remained true to where they began: Helping their clients grow their real estate businesses, fostering relationships at every level, and remaining utterly dedicated to securing the best possible rates and terms. Cornerstone is proud of the many successes their clients have experienced in the last 15 years, and is looking forward to what the next 15 years will bring.

Natalizio reflected that, “The Cornerstone team is only able to celebrate this landmark occasion because of the strong connections we have fostered throughout the real estate community in New England over the last 15 years. Thank you to all who have contributed to our growth and success.”

Cornerstone specializes in structuring and sourcing innovative financing for all property types.
