Combined Properties leases 1,310 s/f to Subway
Combined Properties, Inc. has entered into a lease agreement with Subway. This Subway store will occupy 1,310 s/f of the 15,725 s/f building at 207-209 Centre St.
Subway has been looking to open a franchise in Malden and after careful analysis has selected this Combined Properties location to open its new store.
Greg Regazzini, vice president and director of leasing for Combined Properties, represented the landlord in this transaction. Michael Alberico of Atlantic Retail represented Subway.

Prescott IOS secures lease of 151 Rivermoor St. for Eastern Bus Co. at 151 Rivermoor St. in West Roxybury
West Roxbury, MA Prescott IOS has arranged an industrial outdoor storage lease for Eastern Bus Company at 151 Rivermoor St. David Skinner and Devon Wagner of Prescott IOS represented the tenant, while Caroline Munn nd Rob Byrne of CBRE represented the landlord, Feeney Brothers Real Estate. The 40,000 front foot site gives the bus operator secured yard space close to the routes it serves across Boston and the inner suburbs.
