Condyne, LLC recently executed a 10,132 s/f lease with Ryan Construction at 15 Commerce Dr. The Class A flex building located in the Norton Commerce Center is also home to tenants including T-Mobile, Creative Imprints and Axis Shield.
Ryan Construction signed a 5-year lease with a 5-year option for office and warehouse space. This is a relocation from its former headquarters in Taunton.
Advantage Construction, Inc. conducted a complete renovation of the 6,132 s/f office area including a new reception area, an expanded conference room and eight additional offices. Interior windows were added to the private offices along the perimeter of the space in order to enhance natural light. These renovations were completed in just two weeks in order for Advantage to meet Ryan's pending lease expiration and assist them in avoiding lease holdover penalties.
Bob Gibson, Ed Jarosz and Jeff Hamilton represented Ryan Construction while John Lashar and Paul Leone represented the landlord.
